We also work selectively with organizations in other sectors where our capabilities are a strong fit.
No. Apejo is a technology and business consulting firm. Managed IT is an important part of what we do, but our broader work includes technology strategy, governance, Cyber-Defense, business continuity, AI-driven automation, and advisory services.
Apejo offers three managed service models: Apejo Remote, Apejo Essentials, and Apejo Secure. Each provides a different level of operational, security, and resilience support.
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the environment, number of users and devices, scope of support, security requirements, onsite needs, backup requirements, compliance expectations, and risk profile. We assess those factors first and then provide a clear proposal.
Cyber-Defense is Apejo's term for the active protection of identities, endpoints, email, cloud services, data, users, and the organization's broader digital footprint. It includes prevention, monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, awareness, and response readiness.

No. We work with selected technology partners, but our objective is to recommend solutions based on fit, security, operational value, supportability, and client needs—not simply because a product is available in a vendor catalog.
Yes. We can help assess the existing environment, document systems and responsibilities, coordinate the transition, address immediate risks, and establish a clearer operating model.
Yes. We can work alongside internal teams, software vendors, telecom providers, cybersecurity vendors, and other technology partners. The goal is to improve coordination and outcomes, not create unnecessary duplication.
We use AI-driven automation where it can improve efficiency, visibility, consistency, analysis, monitoring, or workflow execution. We also emphasize AI governance so organizations understand how data is used, where information flows, what risks need to be controlled, and where human judgment remains essential.
Start with a conversation. We will discuss your current environment, business priorities, challenges, and goals. From there, we can recommend an assessment, advisory engagement, managed service model, or other next step that makes sense for the organization.
When Apejo is acting as a Business Associate under HIPAA because our services require us to create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information on behalf of a covered entity or another Business Associate, we can enter into an appropriate Business Associate Agreement as part of the client engagement. Whether a BAA is required depends on the services, systems, and data involved. Our public website and general contact form should not be used to send PHI.
